The Network is Chaired by Ms Janne McMahon OAM, who is a consumer.
Each Australian state and the ACT has its own State Coordinator. State Coordinators form the Network's National Committee. The Nationa Committee holds a two day face-to-face meeting twice a year. At other time the National Commitee meets via teleconferences and email.

- Australian Capital Territory – Ms Judy Bentley
- Victoria – Ms De Backman Hoyle
- South Australia – Professor Sharon Lawn
- Western Australia – Mr Patrick Hardwick
- Tasmania – Mr Darren Jiggins
Each State Coordinator conducts two informal State Advisory Forums twice a year usually at a private hospital in their jurisdiction.
Representation at the Forums is drawn from members of private hospital consumer carer advisory committees and consumer consultants together with people who have experienced care and their carers, from private sector settings in their jurisdiction.
